Next Steps

A week ago we celebrated picking up our building permit from the county. This week we'll do a handoff to our contractor to review final approved permit documents and begin the pricing update on the project. Things are moving forward nicely. The stack of papers and neatly rolled up plans are by far the most expensive collection of papers I've ever received in my life. A big sigh of relief as we get some time to relax, put away some money and get a reset on finances as the last 2.5 years have been run and gun with money being allocated to every invoice under the sun.
